Sarcophagus Tea Caddy

A fine, early 19th century pewter and ivory strung tortoiseshell tea caddy standing on Sheffield Plate ball feet, opening to reveal two tortoiseshell lidded compartments for green and black tea leaves, the rectangular plaque to the front engraved with a 'B' in script.
