18th century glass tumbler engraved with the image of a woman balancing on a ball with a scarf.
Around the rim is the motto 'Nil te Sine'; Nothing Without You.
The image and text taken from a German book of crests and mottos (No.21) published in 1732. Perhaps Dutch or German, circa 1760.
