An excellent early 18th century brass candlestick, the baluster stem on a square base with a raised edge to retain the molten wax, standing on four feet. A particularly good example of this type evidenced by the remains of decorative and practical knurling to the large knop immediately beneath the candle socket.
Spanish circa 1710.
